By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, making a payment, signing a proposal, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Project Scope

All projects are delivered based on the scope agreed upon during consultation, proposal approval, quotation acceptance, email communication, or written discussion.

Any request beyond the agreed scope shall be considered additional work and may require additional time, resources, and payment.

RAEONIV reserves the right to determine whether a request falls outside the originally approved scope.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations, estimates, and proposals provided by RAEONIV are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be revised if:

Project requirements change
Additional functionality is requested
Scope increases significantly
Third-party costs increase

No work shall commence until the required payment has been received.

5. Payments

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed project terms.

RAEONIV reserves the right to:

Pause work for overdue payments
Delay delivery until payment obligations are fulfilled
Withhold project files, credentials, or final deployment until outstanding balances are cleared

Failure to make payments may result in project suspension or termination.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

Project complexity
Content availability
Client approvals
Third-party dependencies
Technical requirements

RAEONIV shall not be responsible for delays caused by client-side factors, including delayed communication, approvals, content submission, or access credentials.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information
Supply required content and materials
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Review work and provide feedback promptly
Ensure all supplied materials are legally owned or properly licensed

The client is solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues arising from materials provided by them.

8. Revisions Policy

RAEONIV aims to ensure client satisfaction and may provide reasonable revisions related to the originally approved scope.

However:

Revisions must remain within the agreed project scope.
Additional features, redesigns, or new requirements may incur extra charges.
Repeated requests that substantially alter approved work may be treated as new work.

RAEONIV reserves the right to determine whether requested changes constitute revisions or additional work.

9. Project Hold and Inactivity

If a client fails to provide required information, approvals, feedback, content, or communication for a period of 30 consecutive days, RAEONIV reserves the right to place the project on hold.

Projects remaining inactive for extended periods may require:

Timeline adjustments
Resource reallocation
Additional reactivation charges

Payments already made remain non-refundable.

10. Website Launch and Final Delivery

Completed projects may be demonstrated on a temporary or staging environment before launch.

Final deployment, migration, transfer of files, credentials, or website launch on the client’s primary domain may occur only after full payment has been received and cleared.

11. Domain and Hosting

Where requested, RAEONIV may assist clients in purchasing domains, hosting plans, SSL certificates, email services, and related services.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Domain ownership belongs to the client.
Clients remain responsible for renewal fees and account maintenance.
RAEONIV acts only as a facilitator when assisting with third-party registrations.

For hosting services provided directly by RAEONIV:

Hosting remains subject to the selected hosting plan.
Clients may request migration at any time after clearing outstanding dues.
Migration assistance may be subject to applicable service charges.

12. Maintenance and Support

RAEONIV may provide up to six (6) months of complimentary basic maintenance following project completion.

Basic maintenance may include:

Minor text updates
Minor image replacements
Bug fixes
Plugin updates
Basic technical support

Maintenance does not include:

New pages
New functionality
Major design changes
Custom development
Third-party integrations
Content creation

Additional work may require separate charges.

13. SEO and Marketing Disclaimer

RAEONIV follows industry-standard practices for SEO and digital marketing services.

However, RAEONIV does not guarantee:

Specific search engine rankings
Traffic increases
Lead generation results
Conversion rates
Sales performance
Advertising outcomes

Results may vary depending on numerous factors beyond our control.

14. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the client, except where third-party licenses apply.

RAEONIV retains ownership of:

Internal processes
Methodologies
Proprietary tools
Reusable code libraries
Frameworks and development assets

until otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RAEONIV reserves the right to display completed projects in:

Company portfolio
Website galleries
Social media platforms
Marketing materials
Case studies

for promotional and business purposes.

16. Third-Party Services

Many projects may involve third-party providers including:

Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment gateways
Plugin developers
Software vendors
Advertising platforms

RAEONIV shall not be responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, suspensions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAEONIV shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of leads
Loss of business opportunities
Data loss
Business interruption

Any liability arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

18. Termination of Services

RAEONIV reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payments remain unpaid
Abuse or harassment occurs
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Terms are violated
Cooperation becomes impossible

Termination shall not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

20. Changes to These Terms

RAEONIV reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
